Thank you for shopping with SHAE'S KLOSET.  Please read this return policy carefully.  

CURRENT RETURN POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.  This policy has been put into place for the safety of our customers.  We hope to return back to our normal return policy listed below in the near future.  Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

NORMAL RETURNS

Returned items must be received within 3-5 days of initiating the return process.  ALL returns will be processed in the form of a STORE CREDIT. 

Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all returns.  EXCEPTION:    SHAE'S KLOSET will cover the return on incorrect items received or a faulty item(s).

* SHAE'S KLOSET is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.  In the event of a lost/stolen package, please contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) or UPS (1-800-742-5877) to file a claim.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders are FINAL SALE unless there was a mistake made by SHAE'S KLOSET.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are NOT allowed.  However, if you wish to make any changes to your order, i.e. sizing, please email us ASAP.  Once processing has begun revisions aren't allowed.  If the requested size is no longer available, you may choose a different item.  Please review all guidelines before your purchase to ensure they meet your standards.
